WELCOME TO ICE CAMP 2024

Join us for the ultimate winter experience

  • Ice climbing

During our adventure, we will spend an entire day discovering the ephemeral beauty of the Great White North’s ice formations by ascending nearby ice climbs with a professional climbing guide.

This immersive experience will include expert ice climbing instruction, opportunities to snowshoe across a frozen lake, and lots of time to climb on several different routes.

    No previous experience required.

  • Hot & cold immersion therapy

We will begin by setting intentions and practicing different breathwork techniques. Following this, you will be guided through a hot and cold immersion therapy circuit, which is made up of four elements: sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and tea room.

The cold plunge will take place in a frozen lake and each guest will be able to choose their level of participation.

We encourage everyone to engage with, and listen to, their body.

  • The cottages

Our cottages are located on the beautiful Madawaska River, just south of Barry's Bay, and on Brady Lake, just outside of Carnarvon.

In addition to being cozy spaces for us to put our feet up after a day of ice climbing, each of the cottages comes equipped with a sauna, hot tub, and snowshoes, for you to enjoy.

Outside, there will be firepits and seating so you can enjoy a hot cup of cocoa under the stars.

Inside you will find a wood-burning or propane stove, boardgames, cozy blankets, and a full kitchen for prepping lunches & snacks.
