My passion for climbing began over 18 years ago and has taken me to mountain ranges and cliffs all over North America.
I’ve shivered on 400-foot ice climbs in the Adirondack Mountains, climbed razor blade ridges in the Appalachians, summited spectacular desert towers on the Colorado Plateau, and much, much more.
For the past 9+ years I’ve been spreading the joy of climbing to others as a guide on the Niagara Escarpment and Canadian Shield. I love how climbing can brighten our lives and I’m committed to helping you experience the unforgettable climbing moments that you’re searching for.
So, let’s swing axes, place cams, climb towers, build anchors, and take whippers together as we explore Ontario’s most beautiful landscapes.

Tamara is a certified Forest Therapy guide offering the experience of therapeutic time in nature in Halifax, NS. This practice (also known as 'Forest Bathing' or 'Shinrin Yoku') is a time spent immersed in nature to enhance health, happiness and overall well-being. Invitations adapted to the natural surroundings are offered during the guided walk. These make room for sensory experiences, presence, stillness, listening (to self & others) and more.
